Welcome to the Citrus Supplement Center


In order to streamline supplement requests and to better inform our Project Managers,
we now utilize the Citrus supplement support ticket system.

Every new request will be assigned a unique tracking number (ticket) which you can use to track the progress of your supplement and to view Project Manager VIEW-ABLE notes or to give responses which were requested by the supplement team.

Please note for privacy reasons NOT ALL supplement team notes and attachments will be viewable to you as a PM (a lack of viewable notes may not mean file has no activity.)

For your reference we provide complete archives and history of all current and previous requests. A valid email address is required to submit and follow a ticket.

This is not meant to replace or substitute for Acculynx our main system. This is a means for us to better keep track of requests, for you as a PM to keep informed and a centralized location for collaboration of notes and progress on open supplements.
